TheLantern House NYC

The Lantern House is one of Chelsea’s newer luxury properties. Backed by Related, and designed by SLCE, and March and White, this project was led by IPD Partners.

To sell the properties, Related created an amazing sales office to showcase the available fixtures and finishes. Studio 4W provided custom millwork throughout the space.

    Built-ins

    Custom built-ins, with antique brass metal details, and stone counters.

  • Modern interior with dark wood door, framed cityscape photos on the wall, a console table with reading materials, and a white armchair with a decorative pillow.

    Custom Millwork

    Fabrication of doors, door casing, entryway casings, and baseboard moldings. Veneered door, and entry casing was made in one piece and miter joined.
